What is AflowMind AI?
AflowMind is a mind mapping tool that uses AI to help organize and display information. The original product workflow supports blank maps, imported source material and AI-assisted creation.
1. Open the creation workflow
From the workspace, choose the AI creation option. This opens the source selection step.
2. Select an input method
Create from a prompt
Enter a specific topic or outcome. For example, "Create a research plan for understanding customer onboarding problems" gives the map more direction than a broad label.
Create from a document
Use a document when the map should reflect existing material. The recovered AflowMind page describes support for PDF, Word, presentation and Markdown sources with file and character limits in the active application.
Create from a website
Enter an accessible URL to extract and organize the page's main ideas. Verify the result against the source page.
3. Choose a language
Use automatic language detection or select a specific language when technical terms or a multilingual source need more control.
4. Generate and review
AI creates a topic hierarchy and connected branches. Rename vague nodes, remove duplicates and compare important details with the input. Then use expansion, summarization or focus on selected topics.
